First please verify that you are viewing the expiration date of the product, not the date of manufacture as some manufacturers do not list an expiration date on their products, only a ‘date of manufacture’. To check the expiration date on a product, find the hourglass as shown below:
*Please note that the date of manufacture is not the same as the expiration date.
If the product is expired, submit a request to Net32 Support with both your Net32 order number and a photo of the expiration date. You may do so by either emailing support@net32.com or by requesting a return through your Net32 account.
Please Note: Pictures will be required for any expired product received. Please take pictures of the product received, the shipping label, and the shipping box. The Marketplace Integrity team will request that picture once they begin processing the request.
