1. To report a missing order, log into your Net32 account and click on your profile name at the top right. Then click on "Order History":
2. Locate a the Order Number and select the "Get Help with Order" button next to the product that is missing:
3.Once there, select 'Other Issue' from the menu:
3. Please include any relevant information such as if the entire order is missing or a list of the product(s) you are missing. Click "Send", and a notice will show you that the request has been submitted.
Once submitted, please allow the Customer Support team 24 to 48 business hours to process this request and receive a response from the vendor.
