How can I report a missing order?

Log into your Net32 account, hover your mouse over the “My Account” drop-down, and click on the 'Orders' page:

Locate and click on the Order Number for the missing order or product.

Select the 'Get Help with Order' button next to the product that is missing:

Once there, select 'Other Issue' from the menu:

Please include any relevant information such as if the entire order is missing or a list of the product(s) you are missing.

Click ‘send’, and a notice will show you that the request has been submitted.

Once submitted, please allow the Customer Support team 24 to 48 business hours to process this request and receive a response from the vendor.
