Tracking your order is now easier than ever - directly on the Net32 Website!
Log into your Net32 account, hover your mouse over the “My Account” drop-down, and click on the 'Orders' page:
Locate and click on the Order Number for the product(s) you are trying to track.
Your order will be organized by vendor, scroll until you locate the product(s) you wish to track. Directly to the right, choose the first option "Track Package":
After clicking "Track Package", you will be directed to the carrier site that the vendor used to ship your package:
If your tracking does not appear on the page or reflect movement after 24 hours, please submit a request directly through your Net32 account. Below is a guide on how to do so:
Log into your Net32 account, hover your mouse over the “My Account” drop-down, and click on the 'Orders' page:
Locate and click on the Order Number, then locate the product(s) you wish to track and click ‘Get Help with Order’:
Once there, you can select 'Other Issue' from the menu:
Include any pertinent information such as: if the order does or does not list a tracking number, if the tracking number shows as scanned or only label created, and the date of the last scan.
Click ‘send’, and a notice will show you that the request has been submitted.
Once submitted, please allow the Customer Support team 24 to 48 business hours to process this request and receive a response from the vendor.
