Log into your Net32 account, hover your mouse over the “My Account” drop-down, and click on the 'Orders' page:
Click the 'Get Help With Order' button directly next to the product(s) you're wanting to cancel:
Select 'Request for cancellation' and be sure to hit 'Send' to submit your cancellation request:
*Please note that a cancellation is not guaranteed. The vendor may already be preparing your order for shipment. Please allow 2 business days for the vendor to respond to your request.
