1. To cancel an order, log into your Net32 account and click on your profile name at the top right. Then click on "Order History":
2. Click the "Get Help With Order" button directly next to the product(s) you want to cancel:
3. Select "Request for cancellation", fill out your reason for cancellation, and hit "Send" to submit your cancellation request:
*Please note that a cancellation is not guaranteed. The vendor may already be preparing your order for shipment. Please allow 2 business days for the vendor to respond to your request.
