If you want to add products to your portfolio that are not listed on Net32, or that are not eligible to be added via the "Want to sell" feature, you can send us a request via OMS:
Step1) Complete the template
Complete all required fields in our template for adding new products. This template contains special formatting that is needed for us to access our publishing portal.

Step2) Submit your request
Submitting your request via the OMS system will make your request accessible to members of our VBS team so that the next available agent can assist you.
Go to OMS – Tools – Data Help
- Select "Submit new products and/or new images" as your Reason for file upload
- Attach your completed template to the message
- Add any comments if needed.
Step3) Provide additional images
If you need to submit more than 4 images, request access to your DropBox folder to send us your images. You can find more information about sending images to Net32 here:

Step 4) Follow up:
Once your request has been submitted successfully, you will receive an email from us that contains your ticket number.
If you wish to follow up on your request and for any further correspondence regarding the products in the submitted file, please respond to this message
New product addition requests will be processed in the order they were received, with priority given to
- vendors with good ODR standing,
- files containing stocked items
- files with product images and descriptions that meet Net32 standards.
