Completing Template for Adding New Products

All requests for adding new products to your portfolio must be submitted via OMS – Tools - Data Help and have a properly completed template attached to the request. You can find the latest version of our template for adding new products here.

The Net32 Template for Adding Products contains special formatting that enables us to access Net32's publishing portal. Do not add or delete any columns or change column names. Without this template, we are not able to add any products. Therefore, please follow the below instructions for completing the template so that we can help you without unnecessary delays.

In order to be considered for publication, all required fields must be completed.
Required fields are: Vendor Product Code, Minimum Order Quantity, Price, Fulfillment Policy, Promised Handling Time, Retail Price, Mp Code, MFG Name, Brand Name, Description, Primary Image.

The template has two tabs:
First tab: definitions and requirements,
Second tab: should be used to enter product information.

Vendor Product Code (Required) : Vendor Codes – also called VP Code or Product Code – must be unique. This means that you cannot use the same code for more than one product. VP Codes can be alpha-numeric but should not contain special characters other than space, or "-" (hyphen) as other special characters are ignored by the system. Adding specials characters to VP Codes can result in. For example, if a vendor product with code "D25" already exists in the system, then "D#2.5" would be considered to be the same as "D25" and thus violate the uniqueness requirement.

Minimum Order Quantity (Required): This field indicates the minimum order quantity needed to buy at the price entered in the column ( C ) next to it.

Price (Required): This is your selling price for the product described. For example: if the description is for a case of 12 boxes, the unit price would be the price for the case.

Dental License (Required): Must be marked with Yes for all controlled substances or if you want to sell the item to licensed professionals only. If left blank, the filed will default to NO License Required during the publishing process.

Fulfillment Policy (Required): Indicate if Stock, Mfr Order, or Drop Ship

Promised Handling Time (PHT (Required): This is the time it will take you to ship the item once you have received the order. The PHT is different than the delivery date, which is the time it takes the order to be delivered to the customer.

Retail Price (Required): If the manufacturer has provided a MSRP, you can submit it here. Retail prices displayed on the product pages are the highest Net32 sales price or Retail on file – whichever is higher.

Mp Code (Required): This is the manufacturer product code, interchangeable referred to as mfr Code of mp code, and must be verifiable on the manufacturer's website, catalogs, or brochures. If the manufacturer does not utilize mp codes you can use Ref codes, order numbers or SKU instead.

GTIN (UPC, EAN) (Recommended): If you choose to provide us a GTIN, it will be entered into our system for SEO tagging and marketing optimization.

MFG Name (Required): This is the manufacturer name as it appears on the product packaging.

Brand Name (Required): This is the brand name as it appears on the product packaging.

Description (Required): Descriptions should be brief and concise. They must include packaging information and all relevant specs to clearly characterize the product.

Safety Data Sheet (Required based on product category): Also referred to MSDS, provide safety sheets if required by government regulations.

Images (Required):
- At least one primary image per product is required.
- Primary images should not contain any overlays including text, watermarks,logos.
- 2 additional images can be submitted.
- All images should be high resolution and have a minimum size of 1000 x 1000 pixel.
- Primary images should have a white background and show the product only.
