If an order or product arrives damaged, photos of the product in question are required in order to process a refund or a reshipment. To avoid a vendor dispute over the condition of the product, please take a clear, bright, and ideally reflection-free photo of the product, being sure to include:
- The damage to the product
- The shipping box or envelope
- The shipping label with the “from” address and tracking number clearly legible
If you are unable to send a photo of the shipping container and shipping label because you have already discarded them, please tell us explicitly that they were already discarded.
