Step 1: Select “Forgot Password”
From the Net32 sign-in screen, click “Forgot Password.”
Step 2: Enter Your Email
Enter the email address associated with your Net32 account.
Step 3: Check Your Email
You’ll receive an email with a password reset link.
Follow the link to create a new password.
If You Don’t See the Email
It can take a few minutes to arrive. If you don’t see it:
- Check your spam, junk, or trash folders
- Enter your email manually (avoid autofill)
- Try again using a different browser
