- Each vendor you buy from will ship only that portion of your order. If you’re ordering from multiple vendors, you’ll likely be receiving multiple packages (multiple order updates via email, multiple tracking numbers, etc.).
- When your order is shipped, we will alert you via email with your tracking information. You can also track your shipped orders at any time in your Order History.

Each vendor maintains their own specific shipping criteria which can be found by viewing their vendor details from the Vendor List page. This includes:
- Where they will ship orders (e.g. “48 Contiguous states”, Business addresses only” etc.)
- Their flat-fee for “Standard Shipping” (e.g. $6.99)
- Any additional fees you might expect (e.g. “extra delivery fees incurred due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses, zip codes, suite numbers, etc.”)
- Any Free Shipping thresholds (e.g. “Order $100 to receive free shipping with Tradent”)
- Which delivery methods they typically use (UPS, FedEx, Local Delivery, USPS etc.)
- Any order cutoff information (e.g. “Orders placed before 2 pm CDT will ship out the same day. Monday - Friday.”)
Shipping Options, Rates, & Fees
- Net32 currently only offers “Standard Shipping” as a shipping option. We do not offer “Expedited Shipping” options yet (e.g. “1 day”, “2 day” etc.) – although your order may arrive within those time periods depending on various factors (shipping distance, speed of handling etc.).
- The choice of which carrier each package will be sent from is defined by each vendor you order from and cannot be changed under normal circumstances. You can find out which carriers a Vendor uses in advance by viewing their vendor details from the Vendor List page. Otherwise, you’ll know which provider they use when you receive your tracking information via email or by visiting your Order History.
Standard Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Each Vendor defines whether you’ll pay a standard shipping fee and how much that fee will be. In most cases, vendors will provide a “Free Shipping” threshold which you can reach to receive free shipping from products ordered through that vendor. This information will be provided to you on the product page, cart, and checkout for your convenience. Otherwise, you can find vendor-specific offerings by viewing their vendor details from the Vendor List page.
Heavy Shipping Fees
- Items that are bulky/heavy, or ordered in large quantities may have a “heavy shipping fee” in addition to other shipping charges. This fee is always shown on the product page, cart, and checkout.
Taxes
- Net32 calculates, collects, and remits tax on sales made by our vendors and shipped to customers located in the states listed below that have enacted Marketplace Facilitator, Marketplace Fairness, or similar laws. These laws shift collection responsibility from the vendor to the marketplace facilitating the merchant's sale: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY
- Additionally, each vendor might be registered in certain states and are required to collect sales tax on items sold to customers in those state (to the extent the items are taxable). Whether or not an item is taxable depends upon the laws in effect in the state.
- Net32 will ALWAYS provide a tax estimate within checkout prior to completing your purchase.

Special Cases
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
- Each vendor maintains their own criteria for which areas they will deliver to. This can be found by viewing their vendor details from the Vendor List page.
Holidays
- Net32 and each vendor will celebrate various holidays, which might delay the shipment of your orders. Any delays due to a Net32 closure will be posted in a site-wide banner in our header informing you of a possible disruption. Since our vendors maintain their own holiday closure calendars, we encourage you to Contact Us to see if any particular holiday might affect your order – we can reach out to the Vendor to get more information for you.

- If you’re having any issues with your delivery, we encourage you to Contact Us right away. A member of our team can review your order and help resolve any problems that arise with orders through our Marketplace.
