Shipping Fees vs Heavy Shipping Surcharges

Standard Shipping fees

Standard shipping fees are part of your shipping policy and will be applied to all your orders.

Currently, Net32 offers 3 options:

- Free shipping on everything
- Flat fee shipping on all orders
- Flat fee shipping with free shipping for orders higher than a certain amount

Standard shipping fees cannot be adjusted on a product-by-product level. Instead, your shipping policy will be applied to all items in your order. If you need to adjust your standard shipping charges, simply send us a message via OMS – Tools – Data Help and include the following information in your message:

- Your Vendor name
- Requested fee for your standard shipping charges

Heavy Shipping Surcharge

Heavy shipping surcharges are additional shipping charges for products that cannot be shipped via regular shipping methods, such as (but not limited to) heavy items (over 5lbs), hazardous materials, or liquids.

Heavy shipping surcharges are managed on a product basis. This means that the same fee will be applied to the product - regardless of which vendor the product was ordered from.

Net32 tries to be as fair and consistent as possible but if an item weighs more than 5lbs and you believe that the surcharge set by Net32 is too low, we’d be happy to review your case. Simply send us a message via OMS – Tools – Data Help and include the following information in your message:

- Link to product page on Net32.com
- Weight of the product (manufacturer original document if possible)

Alternatively, you may choose to adjust your price to accommodate additional shipping costs.

You can choose to opt out of heavy shipping surcharges for certain products by sending us a message via OMS – Tools – Data Help. In that case, only your standard shipping fees will be applied to your order.
