How can I set up (and manage) my auto-orders?

To set up an auto-order, search for the product you’d like to order and Select Auto Order under our vendor option suggestions. You can use the drop down bar to “Delivery every 2 weeks”, “Delivery every month”, or “Delivery every 2 months”. Once decided, click “Add to Auto Order”:

To manage an auto-order, once logged into your Net32 account, click on your profile name, and click on “Auto Order”:

You can manage your auto orders by clicking on "Manage". Using the dropdown you can proceed with changing the frequency, quantity, shipping address, or payment method. This is where you can also remove skip or pause items in an auto order. Once finished, select "Save":

Please Note: You’ll only be charged upon shipment of your order. Subscription continues until cancelled, but you can cancel, skip, or pause at any time. The price of your subscription may change based on the price of the item(s) in your order at the time the order is processed.
