Introducing the New Net32 Header & Navigation Experience
We’ve rolled out a new header design across the Net32 shopping experience. The layout is more modern, more focused, and loads quickly, while still supporting all the same ways you’re used to shopping on Net32.
Some items may have been reorganized, moved, or removed, but we believe everything you rely on most is still there, just in a more streamlined format.

Net32 Announcements at the Top:
Important announcements will be across the top of the page. These may include promotions and limited time offers, important site or account notices, or new feature announcements.
A Simplified Search:
Search continues to be the most utilized way for customers to find what they need on Net32, and we wanted to invest a little time in making it simpler, faster, and more intuitive.
The new search bar is cleaner, shows your recent searches, and when you begin to type it focuses on relevant search terms only.
Condensed & Simplified Navigation Menus:
Navigation simplified so it’s easier to enter the shopping path for commonly browsed products. All categories are now grouped under a single “All Products” option in the menu, where you’ll still find all the same options you’re used to.
On mobile devices, the old menu in the top left of the header has been replaced with an app-like bottom navigation bar, which will be available on every page and easily accessible when you scroll.
Account Details & Previous Orders / Products:
All your account tools are still in one familiar place under the “Account” menu icon in the header. From there, you can view your orders and order history, manage your account details and preferences, and sign in or create an account, all in a cleaner, more consistent layout.
New “Support” Menu & Live Chat Location:
We’ve introduced a dedicated “Support” menu to make getting help easier and less intrusive while you shop. From this menu, you can quickly reach our Customer Support team or access the Help Center for self-service articles.
Live Chat:
The persistent blue live chat bubble has been moved into the Support menu, so it no longer blocks your screen while you shop. If you need to chat with a representative, you can now launch and re-launch chat from the support menu.
