Authorized Distributors certify that they source products directly from the manufacturer or its approved supply chain and are authorized by the manufacturer to distribute their product on Net32. This ensures product authenticity, applicable warranty coverage, and eligibility for manufacturer promotions. Vendors must certify their Authorized Distributor status annually.
